ARCO RIGHTS

For this, it is necessary that you or your legal representative present a written request to exercise your ARCO Rights addressed to Medical Care Cancun, located at the address indicated above, or communicate via email to contact@medicalcarecancun.com. In both cases, an acknowledgment of receipt is required. Said request must contain:

  • Signature on the request by you or your representative.

In case of Rectification, you must indicate the modifications to be made and provide the documentation supporting the request. For Access, Medical Care Cancun will provide the Personal Data by email or by appointment at the administrative offices. Within a maximum period of 20 business days, you will be informed about the admissibility of the request. If admissible, it will become effective within the following 15 business days.

Furthermore, regarding the Secondary Purposes, you have the right to (a) revoke your consent or express your refusal to their processing; and/or (b) be included in the "Exclusion List" of Medical Care Cancun to limit the use and disclosure of your data.
